• PRIVACY POLICY:
  All details given by enquiry or booking remains confidential and will only be kept for further contact if you so request.
  
  TERMS and CONDITIONS
  A Deposit / Bond of $500 is required to confirm your booking within 7 days of your reservation.
  Your booking will be confirmed by return mail receipt. Please check receipt for correct details.
• BOND. Your bond will be refunded within 7 days of your return once the management have cleared the vessel check.
  The houseboat and all equipment is given to you in good working order at the time of hire. $500 Insurance excess will be held if any claim is required.
  A further deduction will be made should there be any loss or damage to the boat or its equipment.
  The boat is cleaned prior to your departure.
  The management expects the same level of cleanliness when the boat is returned. Extra cleaning will be charged.
• The management reserves the right to increase the bond.
• Travel Insurance is recommended
• FULL CHARGES are to be paid prior to your departure cash, BC, MC, Visa.Money Order, Bank and personal cheques are accepted 14 days prior.
  All charges Tender motor hire, ice, bait, security car park, service runs and provisions,Environment levy must be paid in full at the completion of your hire.
  PEAK PERIODS: Balance of full hire due 30 days prior
• CANCELLATIONS: The deposit / Bond will be refunded less a cancellation fee of $250 if a minimum of 60 days notice is given.
  A refund will not be given if the boat cannot be re-booked for the same period.Peak Period Hires Paid 30 Days prior to departure.
  Full hire refund will be given if the vessel is re-booked. Cancellations must be recieved in writing.
• FUEL COSTS: $41 per hour ( gas included )Rates are subject to change without notice.
• OWN BOAT FOR TOWING. An aluminium under 4.5 meters is suitable only. You will need fenders. Hire a set $25 Must stow your own spare fuel
  IF YOU WANT TO BRING a 4.5 METER BOAT OR GREATER  or FIBREGLASS IT SHOULD BE ABLE TO BE DRIVEN INDEPENDANTLY 
• AGE: The skipper of the vessel must be 21 years of age and sign a hire agreement and briefing form.
• GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS: Sorry no pets or firearms on board. Medical Disclosure must be provided prior to hire.
  Passenger numbers must not exceed the numbers of berths of Registration. All fishing regulations as per DPI. Bareboat Charter 2000 regulations.
• RATES are subject to change without notice.
• HIRE TIMES: 1 pm on the day of departure to 9 am on the last day of hire. Early departure sometimes possible.
  EASTER, XMAS, NEW YEAR 5 night minimum & School holidays 4 night minimum hire.
  Public Long weekend 3 night minimum hire  standard rate. No boarding after 5pm.
• The replacement of passengers will incur a $50 per head per night fee.
  *A $50 service fee will apply to any services required during a hire 
• All safety equipment provided is strictly for emergency only. Any use will be charged.
• The letting is made on the understanding that the houseboat is placed at the disposal of the hirer on the date booked unless the management is prevented from doing so by mechanical breakdown and any unforseen circumstances. In this case all monies paid will be refunded in full.
  The hirer shall have no claim on any amount against the management.
• The hirer releases Rainbow Beach Houseboat from anyclaim for any loss or damage that may be sustained
  by the hirer as a result of parking its vehicle in the designated parking premisies.
• Environment Levy $5 per person per day
